Job Description

Position: Lead, Product-Led Growth (PLG) | Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

As the Lead of Product-Led Growth at Sprinklr, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user engagement, product adoption and revenue growth for self-serve version of Sprinklr Service and Sprinklr Social.

This is role requires you to have a deep understanding of our products, markets and customers, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teams across Product Management, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Sales/SDR, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive PLG strategy thatleverages our product free trials to drive growth and customer engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central liaison between various teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards the PLG initiatives. Facilitate communication and project management to ensure smooth execution of strategies.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to inform acquisition strategies, measure product usage, and identify opportunities toaccelerate growth and revenue.

  • Customer Insights: Deeply understand customer needs andin-product behaviours and trends to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales plays that resonatewith the target audience.

  • Product Advocacy: Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to articulate the value proposition of our products, ensuring that they are effectively communicated and leveraged for growth.

  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to adapt and evolve our PLG strategies tomaintain the competitive edge.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with SDR/Sales teams, executive leadership, and stakeholders across the company to gain buy-in, report on progress, and drive the PLG agenda forward.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field, with a proven track recordof leading growth initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of B2BSaaS business model, customer lifecycle, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Experience in implementing or leading the product-led growth strategy, particularly in a technology or SaaS organization.

  • Proficient in using a wide range of essential tools - Amplitude, HubSpot, Salesforce and Optimizely.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
